This policy pertains to all homeowner projects without a general contractor as the oversight and guidance.
After a signed approval and contract the policy will be as follows:
- Both parties will agree on scope of work to be completed and sign a contract and any approved drawings before any work will begin. Time frame from start to finish will be an estimate, and Artistic Ornamental Welding will try its best to meet any deadlines.
- Once both parties have signed and approved, the homeowner will be responsible for a 50% deposit to cover measure and layout of the job, and materials.
- Once the project is completely fabricated, the homeowner will be notified that their project is going to paint and schedule a installation date and time. At this part the homeowner will submit a 25% deposit to cover the cost of paint and installation.
- Once installation is complete, Artistic Ornamental Welding will submit a final invoice, with net 30 days. Any invoice over net 30, the property will be subject to lean until paid in full. Homeowner will be liable for any cost obtained during this process.
- At anytime during the process the customer does a change order, the change order and the balance will be submitted and signed, and payment will be due before anymore work commences.
- All work will be warrantied for 12 months from date of completion. Warranty will not cover normal wear and tear.
- Refunds' will be a case by case basis, and only approved by Jerriel Filler, President/Owner
